Litchfield Park
The permitting of a project on an approved site with all of the zoning entitlement in place is a two to three month process from first plan submittal to the ability to bring a structure out of the ground. The City is open to issuing “at risk” grading and ground preparationpermits prior to final site approvals. If the proposed site requires a rezoning and site planapprovals then this process could be expected to take between nine months and one year.
